Paul changed some locks for me for ones that have better security. They can’t be snapped by the burglars or drilled.
I can now use the same key for my front and back door as well. He really knows his stuff and talked me through what was available. Will definitely use again.

I was recommended by a friend. I have a Toyota car and lost my only surviving key. Phoned Mr Sheldon Monday morning, he came to see the car by tea time. Visited Wednesday and Friday, to my amazement the engine was started. He then spent some time manipulating the actual door key in case the car battery failed. I found him to be a diligent and precise craftsman, very considerate and friendly. As I inferred, in order to accomplish a perfect job, nothing is too much trouble. “Super professional and friendly”
Had to get access to a safe with an unknown code due to a recent bereavement, but was against the clock due to only being in the area for a short time. Paul was immediately helpful over the phone and let me know what paperwork I needed from the solicitors, then came out later the same day. He was super professional and friendly, and once the safe was open he made sure I had everything I needed before he left including reset instructions etc. Highly recommended!
